Handpicket harvest – THE ART OF GROWING VINES, HANDED DOWN FROM THEIR ANCESTORS
Traditional growing and handpicked harvest. Continuing with the same idea of respect and paying close attention to quality, all of our vineyards are traditionally cultivated. Mostly manual work is done during the growing season, such as weeding, green pruning, clipping the tips, and cluster thinning. This ends with a manual harvest, which is carried out in traditional wicker baskets to ensure that the high quality selected grapes are treated with the utmost respect whilst also caring for the environment.
